These terms apply to every booking made with ATD Detailing. By confirming a booking and paying your deposit, you agree to the terms below.
A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the quoted service price is required to confirm all bookings with ATD Detailing. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. ATD Detailing reserves the right to offer your time slot to another customer until the deposit is paid. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service, with the remaining balance due on the day of completion.
ATD Detailing accepts payment via the following methods:

Payment processing fees are charged by our payment provider and are not retained by ATD Detailing. To avoid fees, bank transfer or cash is recommended.
Rescheduling — You may reschedule your appointment with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled service time. Your deposit will be transferred to the new booking date.
Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice — Your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to secure a new booking.
Cancellations — If you choose to cancel your booking for any reason, your deposit is forfeited regardless of notice given.
ATD Detailing reserves the right to reschedule services in the event of severe weather, equipment issues or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, your deposit will be fully transferred to an alternative date of your choosing.
All quoted prices are based on the vehicle type and condition described at the time of booking. Base prices apply to Hatch / Sedan / Coupe vehicles. Vehicle size surcharges apply as follows and will be clearly communicated prior to booking:

If the vehicle presented differs from what was described at booking — including but not limited to size, level of soiling, paint condition or additional work required — pricing may be adjusted accordingly. Any changes will be communicated and agreed upon before work commences.
Additional charges may apply for heavy soiling, pet hair or any condition requiring significantly more time or product than a standard service.
Prior to commencing any service, ATD Detailing will conduct a walkthrough inspection of your vehicle in your presence. Any pre-existing damage — including scratches, chips, dents, stains, or other imperfections — will be noted and acknowledged at this time.
By proceeding with the service, you confirm that any pre-existing damage noted during the inspection was present before the service began. ATD Detailing will not be held liable for pre-existing damage.
ATD Detailing uses professional-grade Gyeon products. Gyeon product warranties (where applicable, e.g. 3-year coating protection) are manufacturer warranties provided by Gyeon. ATD Detailing does not independently warrant coating longevity. If you experience any concerns with your coating or treatment following your service, please contact us directly and we will do our best to assist. Coating longevity is subject to vehicle maintenance, washing methods, environmental conditions and care.
ATD Detailing may photograph and/or film your vehicle before, during and after your service for the purpose of showcasing our work on social media, our website and other marketing platforms. No personally identifiable information (such as number plates) will be published without your consent. If you do not wish for your vehicle to be featured in any ATD Detailing content, please advise us in writing prior to your service and we will respect your preference.
ATD Detailing reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available at atddetailing.com.au.
