How do quotes work? Do they cost anything?

Quotes are completely free and obligation-free. Tell us your car, its condition and what you're after — by phone, Instagram or the enquiry form — and we'll give you an honest recommendation and price. No pressure, no upselling.

Is there a discount for new customers?

Yes — new customers save 15% on their first booking. Mention it when you book, or it'll be applied when we quote you.

How do I book, and do I need a deposit?

Bookings go through our online booking system (the Book Now button anywhere on this site). A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the quoted price confirms your slot — until it's paid, the time may be offered to someone else. The deposit comes off your total on the day.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Reschedule with at least 48 hours notice and your deposit transfers to the new date. With less than 48 hours notice, the deposit is forfeited and a new one is needed to rebook. Cancellations forfeit the deposit regardless of notice.

If we ever need to move your booking — severe weather, equipment issues — your deposit transfers in full to a date of your choosing. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer and cash (no surcharge), or card — 1.6% processing fee in person, 2.2% for online invoices. Those fees come from our payment provider, not us; bank transfer or cash avoids them entirely.

Do you come to me, or do I come to you?

Both. We run a studio in Berwick (by appointment), and we offer mobile detailing across Melbourne's south-east — Narre Warren, Beaconsfield, Officer, Pakenham, Clyde North, Cranbourne, Hallam and surrounds. Some work, like ceramic coating, is best done in the studio's controlled conditions — we'll advise what suits your job.

How long does a detail take?

It depends on the service and the condition of the car. A maintenance detail can be done in a few hours; full paint correction or ceramic coating can take a full day or more. We'll give you a clear timeframe with your quote — and we don't rush the work to hit a clock.

Do I need paint correction before a ceramic coating?

Usually some level of it, yes. A coating locks in whatever is underneath it — including swirls and scratches. We assess your paint first and recommend the level of correction that makes sense for your car and budget, so the coating protects a finish worth protecting.

How long does a ceramic coating last, and how do I look after it?

We apply professional Gyeon coatings, whose manufacturer protection ratings vary by product — we'll walk you through the options at quote time. Longevity depends heavily on how the car is washed and maintained, so every coating handover includes genuine aftercare advice. For ongoing tips, check our Instagram.

Will my quote change on the day?

Only if the car differs from what was described — size, heavy soiling, pet hair, paint condition needing extra work. Any adjustment is discussed and agreed before we start. We also do a walkthrough inspection with you first, noting any pre-existing damage together.

Will photos of my car end up on your socials?

We photograph our work for Instagram and this site, but never publish personally identifiable details like number plates without consent. If you'd rather your car not be featured at all, just tell us in writing before your service.
